​ A native of beautiful Sonoma County, Brooke has a joyous appreciation for the bounty the area offers to those pursuing a healthy, harmonious life. Graduating from National Holistic Institute in Emeryville in 1996, Brooke has worked in a variety of healing settings spanning over 25 years, perfecting her techniques along the way. She is dedicated to her work and feels it is her true calling in life. Brooke sincerely values each of her clients as individuals and sets out to provide a massage based on their needs. Listening not only to what her client says but also to what their body says, Brooke puts her heart into her work, always giving 100% in each session. ​


Brooke is highly skilled in several massage techniques, most commonly focusing on Swedish, Deep Tissue Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Pressure Point, Deep Foot Massage, Prenatal and Sports Massage. Each client's specific needs are acknowledged, and each session is customized to the client's current goals. While focusing on the areas of concern, aided by specific massage techniques, Brooke's session with you will help the body naturally let go of trapped pain and tension. Brooke truly loves her work and finds deep gratitude in assisting her clients in achieving a life of well-being.

New clients are welcome to select a massage treatment in advance, or have it customized during their initial treatment to ensure the most positive experience. Brooke will work with you in identifying your needs and desired outcomes from this and any future treatments.
